Job Description 

Relief and Development Organisation (LASOONA) is a non-profit, multidisciplinary, development-focused organisation that operates nationally. By encouraging environmentally responsible development in isolated and underdeveloped areas of Pakistan in general and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in particular, LASOONA declares its commitment to the welfare of the population.  

The organisation intends to carry out long-term development-oriented projects in 36 villages in the Shangla district of the province of KP and 12 village councils. The primary goal of the initiative is to help small-holder farmers in Shangla district become more resilient by enhancing their access to food and nutrition. The project's goal is to help put an end to hunger and poverty so that a resilient society can support healthy nutrition for women and children. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

to complete the paperwork and fill out every project intervention  

To find and record project activity case studies and success stories 

must inform the project manager and other local team members of any updates or changes to the specifications and reporting formats.  

to support the gathering of target beneficiary and MoV data as well as the creation of wezkly and monthly plans and reports.  

Create or implement a project database, and make sure that accountability is maintained by updating the data on a regular basis, maintaining data integrity, and cooperating with data processors.  

Make sure that the gathered reports, papers, SADD data, and images/videos are filed and stored in an appropriate and organised manner.  

Participate in the enhancement of the project-level efficient complaint management and response systems.  

Help the project manager create reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. 

Consistent data entry in the Beneficiary Number Sheet (BNS) and Beneficiary Tracking Sheet (BTS)  

creation of an interface for many studies with the assistance of an M&E officer. 

Data entry for several surveys that will be carried out for the project, such as post-impact studies, MDDW, KAP, and MAHFP.  

Input of Screened Household Data  

Putting training data and field days into a created interface.  

Make that project interventions are properly compiled in hard files in accordance with MOVs.  

Visual documentation of project interventions.  

Assist with creating banners for different events and IEC materials.  

Possessing experience in the field of IT and offering assistance when needed 

Learning:  

master's degree in development studies, social work, social sciences, or a related field  

Experience  

three or more years of relevant experience working in the social or development sector, particularly in database management, reporting, and documentation. 

Skills & Competencies: 

familiarity with and expertise in reporting and documentation standards  

proficiency in speaking and writing in the English language 

outstanding ability to write reports.  

proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook among other MS Office programs  

strong aptitude for organisation and analysis  

Excellent oral, writing, and cross-cultural communication and representational abilities  

Positivity and the capacity to multitask and handle pressured circumstances.
