The organization's mission is to catalyze holistic transformation and development via partnerships founded on dignity and respect, as well as the transparent, fair, and rights-based allocation of relief and development resources.Pak Mission Society (PMS) has worked with communities in Pakistan's most remote and impoverished areas, including District Kohistan and District Shangla in the north, District Sanghar in Sindh, District Rajanpur in Punjab, District Peshawar in KP, and District Lasbella in Balochistan.

About the project:
Entresol Lab for Youth in Jaranwala, Faisalabad (Livelihood, Social Cohesion, and Business Initiative) The Entre'Sol Lab intends to develop a multifunctional hub for identification, coordination, linkage, information sharing, and training support, with a focus on improving the livelihoods of impacted communities.

Objectives:
Create a space for networking, spiritual development, and personal and professional progress, instilling optimism for the future.
Addressing youth and women's long-term economic demands would help to create sustainable livelihood prospects.
Encourage economic resilience, entrepreneurship, and innovation by assisting in the establishment of small enterprises and startups.
Enhance the afflicted population's abilities and capacities by providing targeted psychosocial trauma recovery training.
Encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing among stakeholders to improve community cohesiveness and social integration.

Job Summary:
The Social Mobilizer will be critical in implementing the Entre'Sol Lab project by actively interacting with the local community, establishing networks, and mobilizing individuals to achieve the project's goals. The position include encouraging community participation, supporting entrepreneurship, and facilitating the development of long-term livelihood prospects, particularly for youth and women.

 Job Responsibilities:

        1.    Community Engagement:

Build close relationships with the local community, including young people, women, and other stakeholders.
Conduct outreach campaigns to increase awareness of the Entre'Sol Lab project and its goals.
Encourage community people to actively participate and involve themselves in project activities.

2. Networking & Collaboration:
Identify and collaborate with local organizations, community leaders, and possible partners to broaden the project's reach and impact.
Encourage collaboration among many stakeholders to establish a more holistic approach to community development.
3. Capacity-building:
Organize and execute awareness sessions to help the community better grasp the project's goals and benefits.
Provide training sessions in entrepreneurship, innovation, and other related skills to empower individuals, with a particular emphasis on adolescents and women.
4. Livelihoods Development:
Collaborate with community members to find feasible business possibilities and promote the formation of small enterprises and startups.
Facilitate access to resources, financial assistance, and mentorship for prospective entrepreneurs in the community.
5. Psychosocial Trauma Healing:
Collaborate with mental health experts to offer training sessions on psychosocial trauma healing for those who have been impacted.
Create a supportive environment for individuals struggling with trauma and improve their general well-being.
6. Monitoring and reporting:
Keep track of project hustle and bustle, community engagement, and the progress of individual participants.
Prepare frequent reports on the project's impact, difficulties, and recommendations for improvement.
7. Advocacy and communications:
Advocate for the project on a local and regional level to gain support and resources.
Communicate effectively with project beneficiaries, keeping them informed of project progress and opportunities.

Job specifications:
Education:

A bachelor's degree in social work, community development, or a closely related subject.
Work Experience:
2 to 3 years of demonstrated expertise in community mobilization and development programs.
Skills:
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of entrepreneurship, livelihood development, and trauma recovery is beneficial.
Ability to function well in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in local languages, as well as knowledge of the project area's cultural environment.
Networking abilities.
