Experience That Matters:  

a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a similar discipline.  

outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.  

the ability to manage private and sensitive information discreetly.  

An advantage is having prior call Centre or customer service experience.  

the capacity to multitask well and operate in a fast-paced workplace.  

The following duties will fall under the purview of the helpline operators. 

Receiving calls from survivors of violence and their families, as well as concerned individuals, and determining the substance of the call.  

Transferring calls to competent psychologists based on the caller's requirements and the gravity of the event. 

Maintaining confidentiality and protecting the privacy of callers at all times.  

Providing emotional assistance to callers through active listening and empathy.  

Documenting calls and maintaining accurate records in accordance with the helpline management's rules.  

Providing regular feedback to helpline management on any issues or challenges encountered during phone calls.
