First of all,

Relief & Development Organisation (LASOONA) is a non-profit, multidisciplinary, development-focused Organisation that operates nationally. By supporting environmentally responsible development in isolated and underdeveloped areas of Pakistan in general and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and FATA in particular, LASOONA declares its commitment to the welfare of the population.

In order to carry out the four-year "National Poverty Graduation Program" in six districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including district Spangle, the LASOONA Organisation has partnered with the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund. The goal of the program is to lift households out of poverty by leveraging the Prime Minister Interest Free Loan (IFL) Scheme and BISP beneficiaries in particular. This will create a seamless "seamless service" that enables the poorest people to escape poverty through a combination of programs that includes microcredit, interest-free loans, asset transfers, and consumption support. One of the key programs that supports the Government of Pakistan's initiative to reduce poverty under the EHSAS plan is NPGP.
